These are standard Terms and Conditions for all the giveaways and competitions run on Shot Darts Social Media pages. Any additional terms and conditions required, will be added to specific competitions in the page post.
Your entry into any giveaways on this page is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which includes any information on how to enter and prizes.
This promotion is run solely by Shot Darts, Puma Dart Products Limited and is in no way associated by Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
This promotion is open for anyone to enter, aside from Puma Dart Product employees.
This promotion open and closing dates (Auckland NZST) will be advised on each post. The winners are selected at the discretion of Shot Darts and their decision is final.
By submitting your entry, you grant Shot Darts and its licensees and assignees a perpetual, world-wide, royalty free, licence to exercise all rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights) to your entry and any other material provided by you to us in relation to the promotion at any time. You consent to your entry being edited or adapted or modified at any time and in any manner by Shot Darts or its agents, licensees and assignees.
To enter promotions on this page you must adhere to the following rules. Note that sharing our post and commenting, or commenting on a promotional post that is not on our page, does not count as a valid entry.
Comment on our specified promotional post, giving the required information as stated in that post.
Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries unless otherwise stated in the Competition Post. Prizes are not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.
Winners will need to send a Facebook or Instagram private message to claim their prize. This will also be taken as acceptance of the prize. If the winner of the prize is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
Entry into the promotion is dependent on you following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at: www.facebook.com/terms.php. Please note that you do not have to tag your friends or share any content on your page or a friend’s page as part of any entry.
Shot Darts Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Shot Darts Limited will only collect and retain your personal information for the purposes of operating this promotion and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
